Inspection Fees

Use fee calculator on the right for basic inspection fees.  See below for other services. 

• Fee for New Construction Pre-drywall Inspection and report writing: $150/hour with a 1 hour minimum.  Mark is now a Certified Pre- drywall Inspector. With this training he has new parameters to follow and may take longer to do these inspections.  Therefore, the pricing for the square footage total of the home may be charged IF it is less than the hourly rate. 

Radon Testing: IF you ONLY need this service do not schedule on the website, please call to set it up.

• $175/ with Inspection
• $250/ without Inspection

Thermal Imaging Scan:

•  $150 / with Inspection
• $300 / without Inspection

Sewer Scope: 

Offered as a concierge service, report provided by our preferred vendor.

• $170/ with Inspection

Expert Witness and Litigation Support:

• Site inspection and report writing:    $ 175/hour with a 1 hour minimum
• Court testimony and depositions:     $350/hour
• Drive time:                                            $ 50/hour
