Who we are

Mark Pepin received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He built residential and commercial structures prior to starting Advantage Home Inspections Inc. in 2001. Mark is a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Mark is the past-President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of ASHI, was the 2006 Affiliate Member of the Year for the Longmont Association of Realtors®.
